RETURNS, REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES
If you are looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, we are here to help!
You can return your product for store credit, a different product, or a refund to the original payment method.
In order to be eligible for a refund or exchange, you have to return the product within 30 calendar days of your purchase. The product must be:
* in the same condition that you receive it;
* undamaged in any way;
* with a price tag;
* to complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Sales items are final and cannot be returned or exchange.
We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
The money will be refunded to the original payment method you’ve used during the purchase. For credit card payments it may take 5 to 10 business days for a refund to show up on your credit card statement.
If the product is damaged in any way, or you have initiated the return after 30 calendar days have passed, you will not be eligible for a refund.
